Orders and acceptance
An order placed via this site is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance by sending an order-confirmation email. For pre-orders, acceptance is conditional on the batch reaching production and your card authorisation remaining valid until shipment.
Seller’s right to cancel and refund
Aichabelle Limited reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel any order and fully refund the buyer at any time before dispatch. Reasons may include (without limitation): sanctions screening, stock unavailability, batch failure, pricing or product-listing error, suspected fraud, payment authorisation issues, shipping restrictions to the destination address, or any other reasonable commercial ground. Once we have issued the refund to the original payment method, the order is deemed cancelled by mutual consent and the buyer has no further claim against Aichabelle Limited in respect of that order — including any claim for loss of bargain, disappointment, consequential loss, delay, or non-availability of the product. The buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy is the refund itself.
Pricing and currency
All prices are in GBP unless your market displays a local currency. UK and EU prices include VAT at the prevailing rate. Other markets are billed on a delivered-duty-unpaid basis; import duty and local sales tax may apply on delivery.
Pre-order (Early Bird) terms
When you place a pre-order, your card is securely vaulted by our payment processor at the time of checkout. No charge is taken at that moment. Your card is charged for the full amount when the batch you reserved ships from our warehouse, normally 6–10 weeks later. You’ll receive an email at least 48 hours before the charge with the expected ship date. You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships by emailing hello@aichabelle.com.
If your vaulted card fails when we attempt to charge it (expired, insufficient funds, blocked), we’ll email you and hold your reserved jar for 7 days while you update payment. After 7 days the slot opens to the next person on the list.
Sanctions and trade restrictions
Aichabelle Limited complies with UK trade sanctions and does not knowingly accept orders from, or ship to, individuals or entities in jurisdictions subject to UK or EU comprehensive sanctions. The current excluded list is set out in our shipping policy. We screen orders against the consolidated UK sanctions list and may cancel and refund any order found to be inconsistent with that list.
Product information
We make every effort to describe our products accurately. Photographs and visualisations are representative; some colour variation is normal. Editorial descriptions about provenance and ingredient sourcing reflect our best knowledge at the time of writing.
Intellectual property
The Aichabelle name, marks, photography, copy, video, and brand identity are owned by Aichabelle Limited and may not be reproduced without permission.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, our liability for any single order is limited to the value of that order. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page at the moment you place your order applies to that order.
