We do not warehouse cream. Each release is made to order, in numbered batches, for the people who reserved it. When a batch ships, the names of those who asked to be remembered appear below — added automatically, the quiet thank-you owed to anyone willing to wait eight to twelve weeks for something made slowly, by hand. Names are published only with permission, ticked at the cart. Everyone else is kept, just as gladly, in private.
