Shipping policy

Last updated: 31 May 2026. We ship from our boutique at 77A Stafford Street, Willenhall, United Kingdom, via tracked courier services, to the UK and internationally.

Dispatch and lead times

  • In-stock items — dispatched within 1–2 working days. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number when your order ships.
  • Pre-order (Early Bird) items — dispatched when the next batch lands in our warehouse, typically 6–10 weeks after the batch is commissioned. You’ll get a dated email confirming the shipment window before your card is charged.

During peak periods, or for limited batches, dispatch may take longer. We’ll contact you if this applies to your order. Unless we agree a longer timeframe with you (for example for a pre-order batch), in-stock orders are delivered without undue delay and within 30 days, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Delivery times for international orders vary by destination and are shown at checkout. International shipments may be subject to customs delays outside our control, for which we cannot accept responsibility.

Import duty and tax

UK and EU orders include UK VAT or destination-country VAT in the displayed price — nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Orders outside the UK/EU are sent on a delivered duty unpaid (DDU) basis. Your local customs authority may apply import duty or sales tax when the parcel arrives, collected by the carrier on delivery. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are outside our control. If you’d like an estimate before ordering, please contact us or your local customs authority.

Countries we do not ship to

In line with UK and EU trade sanctions, Aichabelle Limited does not accept or fulfil orders to the following destinations:

  • Russia and Belarus
  • North Korea (DPRK)
  • Iran
  • Syria
  • Myanmar (Burma)
  • Venezuela
  • Zimbabwe
  • Somalia, Libya, Yemen (subject to arms embargoes and end-use restrictions)
  • Cuba (blocked at platform level by our payment processor)

If an order is placed to one of these destinations in error, Aichabelle Limited will cancel and fully refund the order under the seller’s right of refund described in our refund policy.

Carriers and tracking

UK: Royal Mail Tracked. EU and international: DPD, DHL, or Royal Mail International — tracked. You’ll receive a tracking link when your order ships.

Lost or missing parcels

If your tracked parcel hasn’t arrived, please contact us if your order has not been delivered within:

  • UK: 10 working days after the estimated delivery date
  • International: 20 working days after the estimated delivery date

We’ll investigate with the carrier and resolve it — usually with a replacement or refund. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; until then, responsibility for a lost parcel rests with us.

Damaged in transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, note it on the carrier’s delivery record where possible, photograph the outer packaging (all sides) and the item from several angles, and email hello@aichabelle.com within 48 hours with your photographs and order number. Please keep all original packaging until your claim is resolved.
