Yes. Aichabelle Limited is a UK company, registered in England & Wales. The salon is a working boutique at 77A Stafford Street, Willenhall WV13 1RT, open Tuesday to Sunday, 10:00 to 20:00, closed Monday. The shop is operated from the same address with delivery anywhere in the UK and most of Europe.
In our partner laboratories in Grasse, France and Aalen, Germany. Both hold ISO 22716 GMP certification. Every product carries a full Product Information File under UK Regulation (EC) 1223/2009 as retained, maintained by our UK-based Responsible Person.
Yes. All Aichabelle formulations are vegan and cruelty-free. The actives that reference animals — A. Gambiae Venom, L'Essence de Galago, Silvavita — use synthetic peptide analogues developed in our partner laboratories. No animal-derived material and no animal testing.
Aichabelle products are made in numbered batches. When you reserve a jar from the Cabinet, your card is vaulted but not charged. We charge only when your jar is hand-finished and ready to ship, usually 8 to 12 weeks after reservation. List holders pay 40% less than the eventual retail price.

The Honoured List is the public, opt-in roll-call of patrons who chose to be named in support of the brand. When a batch ships, the names of those who ticked ‘add me to the Honoured List’ at cart appear automatically. Everyone else is kept, just as gladly, in private.
Yes, any time before the jar ships. We will not have charged your card. Email hello@aichabelle.com with your order number and we'll release the hold within two working days.
You'll receive an email when the batch is ready, with your payment receipt and a Royal Mail tracking number. Cabinet batches ship in the order of reservation.
Wig orders ship within 3 working days; free UK delivery via Royal Mail Tracked. Cabinet pre-orders ship when the batch is hand-finished, typically 8 to 12 weeks after reservation. Salon walk-in pickups available by arrangement.
Yes. EU and international orders are sent via courier with full tracking. Customs and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient on non-UK orders.
For unused, sealed cabinet products we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. For wigs, we accept returns only if the product is unworn and the lace is untrimmed. The full policy is at /policies/refund-policy.
